Please note the following - in addition to our standard terms.
Component sourcing:
a) All goods must be paid for up-front by either credit card, debit card, cheque or money transfer.
b) Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full.
c) Unwanted returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge due to the costs we incur in returning them to their country of origin.
d) Delivery dates are approximate - most of our offerings are sourced from different suppliers from all over the world. We may often not be able to provide your complete order but will, of course, refund you the difference. Unfortunately this is the situation associated with sourcing obsolete and hard to get components - they are often 'bought from under us' or found to not be available for other reasons.
e) Obsolete semiconductors will be supplied as new and unused unless we quote 'recovered' or 're-furbed' - these goods have a 30 day warranty.
f) Obsolete semiconductors may be supplied with very old date codes - please be specific if you require new devices.
g) Be specific when ordering goods - semiconductors are often provided as different types under the same generic part name - always ensure you have quoted the full part number - we cannot be responsible for parts being supplied which are at the 'wrong speed' or 'in the wrong package' for your application.
