It works like this - Your existing BT lines will continue to carry calls to the local BT exchange. Then at the exchange we route your call through to our chosen carrier & then onto the call destination .All this is done automatically - & you don't notice any difference from the original BT service)
If required, at any time, your staff will be able to prefix outgoing calls with a supplied code number and this will force outgoing calls back over the original BT network.

Migrating to the system is free, straightforward & no interruption in service will be noticed.

You can continue to benefit from any BT service that you have in place such as "1571" or "feature line" etc. An option is now available whereby your company can also save up to15% on line rental.

All calls are billed per second and rounded upto to the nearest penny.
The service is free to join.
One months notice required of cancellation (some line rental services are 12 monthly terms) & there is no cancellation penalty of any sort.

Invoicing
Monthly invoicing with fully itemised bills.
Charges may be broken down into preferred cost center format.
Payment via direct debit.

The data from invoices is imported into management reports for continuous and complete understanding and analysis.
